Interest list privacy
Who handles your information
Nolmy handles this interest list. You can reach us at support@nolmy.com about your information and contact preferences.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email, interest type, and any optional city or business/profession details you provide. If you separately choose phone/WhatsApp contact, we also save your phone number. We record when you agreed, the wording of that agreement, your language, and campaign tags attached to the form link. This helps us respond to your interest, plan launch areas, and understand which campaigns brought people here.
How we contact you
Your email agreement covers a response about your interest, early access, and launch availability. Phone calls and WhatsApp messages are used only if you separately opt in. We do not use this agreement for unrelated promotional messages, and registration does not create a Nolmy account or booking.
Storage and access
Interest records are stored in our database on Oracle Cloud infrastructure and are accessible only to authorised Nolmy operators. We do not sell this list or publish it in the preview. Infrastructure and communication providers may process information as needed to host the service or deliver the contact you requested.
Retention
We retain interest records for up to 12 months from registration, then remove them from the active database. If you withdraw earlier, we remove the record and stop using it for contact. Database backups may retain a copy until they expire under our backup retention schedule; backup copies are not used for outreach, and deletion requests must be reapplied after a restore.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent, request deletion, ask for a copy of your details, or correct your information by emailing support@nolmy.com from the registered address. We may ask you to confirm ownership of that address before making changes. You can register separately for more than one interest type.
See our general privacy policy for the wider platform.
