1. Information We Collect
When you use Nolmy, we collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, location if you choose to provide it, profile details, appointment notes, and support messages. We also collect data related to your appointments, interactions with the platform, payment status metadata, and communication preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our services, to help you book and manage appointments, to communicate with you about your appointments and account, to handle support and disputes, and to personalize your experience on the platform.
3. Information Sharing
We share necessary booking information with the business and professional involved in your appointment, subject to your privacy settings where the product supports them. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help operate the platform, or when required by law.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage most of your information directly through your account settings. For other requests, contact us at support@nolmy.com.
6. Contact
Questions about this policy, or about how your data is handled, can be sent to support@nolmy.com.
7. Analytics
We use a strictly-necessary, first-party analytics pipeline to understand which channels bring bookings. It does not use a persistent cookie, an account, an IP address, or a device fingerprint: each browsing session gets a random id that exists only in your browser's session storage and is gone once you close the tab. We record page views, searches, and the fact that a booking or payment was completed, so we can tell that a booking followed a particular link or channel — never what you searched for or which pages you read. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we honor it and record nothing for that visit.
