• Business identity: Review of the submitted legal/display name, registration or licence reference, address, category, and contact details.
• Professional and service records: Businesses manage their staff and service catalogues; deeper credential, insurance, and licence-document workflows are not part of the pilot.
• Authentic Reviews: Only clients with completed, verified appointments can leave ratings and reviews, preventing fake or astroturfed feedback.
• Clear Cancellation Rules: Each business's cancellation window is shown on its page and again on the booking confirmation, before you book.
